The Kingdom Difference began with a God-given inspiration placed in the heart of Frances Wansley, the founder of SOAR Leadership & Development. What God showed her was clear: create a space where believers can grow in character, maturity, and purpose while staying deeply connected to the King.

From that vision, a movement was born.

What makes this conference unique is that it has always been a family collaboration. Three of the organizers are cousins who share not only bloodline, but a unified passion to strengthen God’s people and build healthy, kingdom-minded leaders.

Over the years, this gathering has expanded into a powerful kingdom partnership, featuring pastors, judges, counselors, entrepreneurs, community activists, and emerging leaders from across the region.

Now stepping into its fourth year, The Kingdom Difference continues to grow in reach, impact, and influence.
