Frances Fleming-Wansley - Event Host

Frances Fleming Wansley is an experienced Education Administrator and community leader who bridges the gap between faith-based values and professional excellence. She holds a Bachelor’s in Applied Psychology and an MPA from Franklin University, credentials that have fueled her work across elementary, middle, and high school administration. In her current role with Educational Solutions at Midnimo Cross-Cultural Academy, she designs specialized curricula that empower students through self-exploration and career readiness.

Frances' governance experience includes serving as VP of the Imagine Columbus Primary Academy School Board since 2018 and sitting on the Board of Directors for Franklinton Rising. She is deeply invested in the revitalization of the Franklinton area through her partnership with the Board of Trade. Inspired by the legacy of her parents—founders of Miracle Temple COGIC—she strives to be a servant-leader in every marketplace she enters. She is a devoted mother and grandmother who remains committed to building opportunities for the next generation.
